Clarins USA is based in New York City and is one of the world's largest cosmetic manufacturer by beauty sales with sales of $1.6B. Clarins required a loyalty program SaaS solution that elevated their current VIP program and distributed through retailers including Macys, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom’s, Barneys, Gottschalks, Bloomingdales , Saks Fifth Avenue and several other merchants. Clarins partnered with LoyaltyMatch OnDemand to power Club Clarins. LoyaltyMatch delivered a loyalty program member portal, SaaS solution and SAP integration (to assist with real-time fulfillment).

The goal of the 930 Friends with Benefits loyalty program was to build a deep understanding of customers, provide the ability to segment customers and create campaigns targeted at clientele. Integration with multiple POS and disparate systems was a key requirement. The LoyaltyMatch OnDemand platform was chosen to deliver the member experience, including integrating its current POS systems-MICROS and POSitouch, ecommerce ticketing-Ticketfly, social media-Facebook and Twitter and company website allowing for a complete view of its customers. According to the Washington Post, the 930 Club is “simply one of the area’s finest live music venues” and possibly the USA.

MyOrthoRewards is a LoyaltyMatch reseller that provides orthodontists with a web-based, customizable reward program featuring efficient point management, web tools and program automation. Designed to improve patient compliance and increase patient referrals by rewarding great behaviour, MyOrthoRewards offers a complete rewards solution created exclusively for orthodontic practices and the dental industry. MyOrthoRewards clients include LeizerVIP, Benedetti Bucks and Alizadeh Ortho.

With revenue of $6.7B, Symantec is the global leader in providing security, storage and systems management solutions. In order to excite and incent sales reps to sell more Norton products, Symantec chose LoyaltyMatch’s Spain-based partner, Gotoclient and OnDemand platform to deliver the Desafio Norton program for Spain and Portugal. Hosted on LoyaltyMatch OnDemand, the SaaS solution supports the program in both the Spanish and Portuguese languages.

Legends Resort Moorea is a magnificent individual villa Hotel property that spreads across 17 acres of land on the island of Moorea, Tahiti. Set in a majestic landscape, surrounded by tropical fruit trees, the property offers breathtaking views of both the multi-colored lagoon waters and the deep blue Pacific ocean. Legends’ Smiles loyalty program was transitioned from a paper based process to an automated solution with LoyaltyMatch OnDemand.

The Man Shop is a chain of men's hair cutting salons based in Spokane, Washington. The Man Shop's unique approach to hair cuts required a distinctive loyalty program solution to incorporate the chain's POS system, web site, social media and brand. The Man Shop chose LoyaltyMatch OnDemand, offering customers the opportunity to earn points for Tweeting, posting comments to their Facebook wall, and purchasing product or services.

L'Oreal is the world's largest cosmetic manufacturer by beauty sales. L'Oreal required a SaaS solution to bridge their current loyalty program, as they build a proprietary custom solution. LoyaltyMatch OnDemand powered the ClubMatrixCanada.ca loyalty program.

PTC provides its clients with finance and accounting professionals for contracts at all levels, from junior to intermediate accountants to controllers, CFOs and other accounting and finance specialists. PTCPoints members earn points for each hour they work. The points can be used to select gift card and merchandise rewards from an online catalogue.

The Talk3 platform is an application framework that consists of a set of intelligent mobile application controls. These controls can be configured to support customized solution offerings that reflect Brand strategies but can be quickly personalized by Consumer interactions. Using a dashboard interface, Brands can deploy real-time marketing –whether content, social connections or functionality. Talk3 partnered with LoyaltyMatch to provide Coinstar with the CoinstarMOBILE platform to deliver loyalty and engagement via a mobile loyalty application. Coinstar mobile is in beta test with Harris Teeter.
